South African DJ Lamiez became such a proud mother after her stepdaughter, Nia, wrote about her and the job she does in an academic essay.
It is always such a great feeling to have your family express their pride in you and appreciate your hard work. Nia made her stepmom Lamiez felt very special when she penned an essay about her in school.
The bond between Nia and Lamiez is very strong, as they are close and spend time together, so this doesn’t come as a surprise to us but it left Lamiez feeling very emotional as her Twitter post suggest.
“Child led parents meeting with my broke best friend… she wrote about me and me new job on Metro too,” Lamiez wrote.

Meanwhile, the DJ recently raised many eyebrows when she indicated that she is not ready to have a baby of her own right now after several query from fans as to why she hasn’t given her husband Khuli Chana a baby yet.
The 28-year-old media DJ told her followers that she is too young to fall pregnant and it would feel like teenage pregnancy if she were to have a baby now.
“But then I feel like it would be a teenage pregnancy If I were to fall pregnant now. Ke sale ngwana nna (I’m still a child).”
Many of her fans couldn’t believe their ears and flocked to her comment section to express their thoughts.
“If you want children you better make them now than later. Your children should grow up with you. It’s better that way,” one follower wrote.
“I remember when my young sister friends said that my mom is old to be my sister mom infact they called her koko wa Matshepo and nna ke Mama Matshepo and so how most young kids don’t really know who is Mama Matshepo between me and my mom they just call us mama Matshepo,” another also commented.
