Celebrated Ghanaian actor cum politician, John Dumelo has been thrown into a state of confusion as to what is causing the rise in unemployment in Ghana, causing a lot of graduates to engage in other illegal ventures.
One of the problems Ghanaians addressed during the #FixTheCountry campaign is the lack of job opportunities in the country. The youth complained that the lack of jobs has led to the increase in social vices in the country, thus the government needs to create jobs in order to curb such vices in the country.
Well, John Dumelo who lost the parliamentary seat in the 2020 election at the Ayawaso West Wuguon has asked as to whether there are no jobs in the country for the youth or there are jobs but the salaries are not encouraging for anyone to accept the offers.
Taking to the microblogging platform, he wrote; Lemme ask, is it that there are no jobs or there are jobs but the salary is not good. Which is which?
