There has been a reunion of the 28 students of Bethel Baptist High School with their parents in Damishi, Kaduna after they were just freed by bandits after spending 20 days in captivity.
It was an emotional moment during the reunion of the students with their parents. They clutched themselves so hard that the students and their parents couldn’t hold back their tears.
On July 5, a total of 121 students were kidnapped from their school hostels by armed bandits.
While one of the students, Abraham Aniya, was rescued by security forces on July 12 together with two other victims kidnapped along the Kaduna-Kachia road, two other students fled on July 20 when they were asked to fetch firewood from a nearby forest.

So they can’t get these bandits, but if it’s Kanu, Sowere and Sunday, they are quick to find and arrest ba?
We still have about 80+ whom their parents cannot afford to pay cos they were charged 500k per child! These are the few whom parents were able to borrow to pay!😢 God pls protect those still in captive😢
So so heart breaking. The heartlessness of these so-called leaders is just appalling.
