Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw has advised Nigerians make sure they take a critical look at their mental health and do the needful to say healthy as the country continue to face more crises.
This comes in the wake of recent killings, insecurity, and, ultimately, the temporary indefinite ban on Twitter operations in Nigeria, and, to be honest, there is so much bad news and energy around that if caution is not exercised, ordinary Nigerians will suffer.
Taking to Twitter to give her candid two cents, Kate Henshaw said people should talk to people or take a break if they need to, stating that at these times, everyone needs one another at optimum to get through the things going on in the nation.
“Talk to someone if you have to… Take a break… We are in depressing times.. Make person head no go blow like gasket for engine…. We need each other at optimum to get through this… #keepiton”, she tweeted.
